Package Your Item
Securely pack the product in its original box, including all cables, adapters, and documentation that were included in the initial delivery.
Ship to Elprotronic
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our designated service center using a trackable courier service.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned hardware, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
